We are a community of Yoga Teachers, Movement Instructors and Pratitioner based in Benelux.
We created RYB as a safe place for yogis and movers to share their experience and practice.
We believe in making movement accessible and at the same time embracing the
freedom that belongs to RYB ®

We are firstly a Community of practitioners, studio owners and passionate yoga teachers!
A group of yogis who are dedicated to spreading the love of the practice, by embracing its evolution and shapes as we expand and grow.
We believe in
Evolution.
As we learn, we evolve and as we evolve so does our practice.
We believe in Challenging the status quo.
To incorporate more than just yoga when it come to movement,
exploring other disciplines and point of views.
We believe in Inclusiveness.
We are all different, so is our way to express while moving.
We believe in Standards and Quality.
When it comes to our events, retreats, trainings and programs, we do the outmost to

We start by working on ourselves.
We know that Evolution can happen only if you allow yourself to learn and Grow.

THIS WORKSHOP WILL BE FOLLOWED UP BY Partner Yoga with Patrick & Elisa !
Have you ever considered that you might find more space in your body with the help of a fellow yogi? Pat always says BJJ is involuntary yoga, what if we will make it voluntary?
Partner yoga is a style of asana practice in which two people support each other in poses in a way that enhances the ability to acces deeper expression of the pose.
Discover the power of partnered stretches as our instructors guide you through a series of targeted stretches. Partner yoga helps build relationships as the yogis share the pose, movements and breath. In addition, the experience of partner yoga is playful and fun. Partner yoga creates room for letting go and helps people not to take things too seriously, but rather have fun amidst the challenges.
